In the final year of studies, most of the students at universities are invited to a "careers fair" held by their instition of frequent. There are two things the organisers never tell the dopeful few who actually do turn up to such events. 1 is that the number of graduate placements drops off every year. 2. There is no need to actually go to the fair unless the need for new tote bags and free pens is the aim of the game. Some even turn up in suits and string along ties.
And for what?
To be told that the recruitment process all happens online. But don't forget the pens. If anything is to come from such a day wasted, it would have to be the pens. And the free bags of pikelets from TipTops. That counts for two reasons to actually go. That's three more than supanova could ever muster in this current age of unrelated photo opportunities with promo girls hocking sodas at a supposed comicbook convention.
Cost is price is reason three.
