Biting the mouth

For some unknown reason, probably due to incoming wisdom teeth, I have bitten the inside of my lower lip for three nights in a row. It could not of been because I was chewing food fast. In fact on all three occassions I was in a breath before chomping down on my self. Hurts like a punch to the face.
