Breathe In, Black Out

Look up. Can you feel the area where the nape meets the skull? I almost blacked out or came close to experiencing a haemorrhage of sorts. I had to lay down for while, involuntary sleep mode, all because I forgot to breath during rudimentary weights. So intense was the blood rush that I momentarily lost some vision in my left eye. It was fun while it lasted.
