It's summer and the cricket season is around the country. Also around in the summer are pretty good shows that for reasons known only to the stations, don't get aired. One glimmer of brilliant light in all this blackout darkness is a sci-fi show by the name of Farscape. To further rub it into the wounds of the fans, Ch9 have tacked on an episode here and there to follow that day's labourious session of men standing around a green field. The scheduled time runs away and the viewer who can't stand to watch cricket might switch onto the Farscape action halfway through an episode or perhaps just as the end credits fly away.
Having missed out on a couple of episodes, it is damn clear just how "in" and serialised this show is. Lose track of one episode and be forever catching up.
