Cadbury Chocolate World Part 4

Wouldn't it be nice if the world were Cadbury?
Riding in the car would be a tasty treat.
Changing gears would soon become a problem
Cadbury dairy milk is so good to eat
When you arrive at your destination,
You'll be greeted with an exclamation!

As far as it sounds, this is pretty much what the lyrics are harping/humming. The commercial screens with a family riding irresponsibly through a country-side in an all chocolate car. For some reason the end—the exclamation—zooms in on a cow. Udder perhaps?
