Darling Harbour dash done to Dendy

Popcorn

Running under the monorail, constant and furtive checks of store clocks show what looked like impressive time. Discomfort in keeping the legs upright and moving not bothering as much as the rubbing of sweat against thickening denim.

Plans against the sway of another season long wardrobe victim to experimentation done without safe guards or control.

From the bowl of the State Library, up down to the bowels of Sydney Tower and at the steps of the IMAX situated on Darling Harbour. Done within the span of 40 minutes. Nasty clear away food on the night's rush in with a mix of undeclared omelette origins.

Original plans see Roving Mars at IMAX for at most twenty documentary minutes. After such time, a maddening dash over toward the Opera Quays version of Dendy Cinemas.

Taking a back step, in which the double pass turns out not to be of paper tickets but rather super powered laminates, the breathless journey navigating busy evening streets from Palm Cove to Bennelong Point makes just three minutes before lock out.

Flowers and a little opening before a screening not on the card in the back pocket and melting like envelope gum.

And this without seeing a speck of Mars dust on the headache inducing screen. Proof then that any real plans to catch both sneak previews the follow through of worm holes and science fiction not yet.
