Breaking into a routine adaptable at any drop of the year, the new found craters of time open up plenty of spots for slipping in comics off the reading back burner. Trying to remember through the heat is but a difficult task indeed.
Spidey goes a little batty. Too many caption boxes talking to each other and not a single thought balloon in sight. Damn the absence. Internalising the dialogue falters when the page count climbs too far along and the result is a sick feeling of having to watch the comedy turn sour. Scandal at the Avengers Towers picks things up toward the end.
Reading the faces of the jurors, it's not like they didn't see that one coming.
Flashbacks from the past and into the present are not made easier with the hairstyle of the little kid doing a little back and forth of its own. Shell bubble casing for a haircut is monstrous and scary. Riff.
Minty scenes of tripping through planes of magic and reality. Funny on account of the shambolic attempts being recalled at the meeting of recovering heroes.
