Laugh track of our lives

Television

After a week, Watching Ellie moved from the first season to the season half-season. Added with a laugh track and a drop of the 22-minute snapshot there is much pain to bear. Even pre-recorded, the singing is still good, but the whole tone of the show just feels like death squeezed under that nauseating section of the laff-track that rises a little and promptly shuts. Even the scenes are brought around to a different measure and composed with a seeming illusion of a live-audience. Can't tell what section gets played when Grounded for Life is on. If even.
