Retrospective in Nothing

Lost and found to a burning hole

With day and the night in between, it's pure agony on the slip slipping away in the middle of the afternoon. Where the folds of money and the licence to drive disappear from view in the absent switch of the mind. One second on the cards and the next with not a slit to existence.

Everybody zeroes in on the wrong focus, of wads of money running up four tonne the primary target of despair. Against the experience of running the car into a fence post out in the middle of nowhere Victoria, no comparison really. One looks easy to leave in the wind. The other hides the scary face of having to remain calm and on focus.

Return to the scene of absent mind burns an hour of the morning, frantic in finding the nook or cranny keeping secret. No place to hide, no place to run and its endless unknown limitations stir crazy.

Resolution looks to the rewind of the game play and there, at the cut of a second into the wind, the answer to the dilemma. Slipstream into the pages of a book and down the back of a bag.
