Men In Black II

Popcorn

Averting what could possibly have ended up as a viewing in an otherwise small, small theatre, the brunette at the ticket window advised on catching a session just forty minutes away. While it did prove to be a nice alternative to the feeling of being bunched up in the seats, the audience again were there to let things down.

A couple of caucasian males in the seats behind kept poking their feet through the space between the armrests. The kids in the row in front could not but discuss the dealings they had in passing along food they brought in to avoid the cinema's candy bar.

If Men in Black was funny, then the sequel was even funnier. At least the crowd of mostly children seemed to think so.

Even so did the older folk in for a matinee showing of another comicbook inspired movie for the year. The script was fast and tight. Michael Jackson indeed makes a cameo. If his name appeared in the credits it wasn't spotted what with all the people choosing then to get up and leave en masse.

With three of the staff in the theatre watching the credits to the very end, it somehow irked them. So much so that they had the troll in the projection room cut the roll just one minute or whatever before the blank screen. They really can't stand the fact that someone may actually watch a film right to the very end.
