Into a state of frozen grey nodes and such. Day after day, waking up at noon, or thereabouts. Mentally stimulated only by the routine process of worry on whether or not the rain will douse the drying fibres as they hang out on the line, collectively in a province of laundry. Cleaning and bringing in the washing, that's the state of insanity now riding over the full year mark. Effortless is this trial of delusional spiral, but then effort is all that it could take to relieve the pressure and the pain. Oh the pain, the pain of it all.
A pain confounded in the exploits of an imagined virus, Cyclosis. With that, a free pass to 28 Days Later. Not a sequel to Sandra Bullock's drying out movie, but a tale of the aftermath of a virus. If the days weren't spent/wasted eating away at the crumbling soil—not even a metaphor—things like this might be relished.
There's bounties of green somethings cropping up where once a dozen banana trees and scrap wood co-existed.
