Shattering sense of the unknown and a fear that there isn't any hope for the universe on the close of Stargate SG-1. Stranding out in space, the floating on feeling is enough to leave the reeling ricketing a rocket. Damn the Ori! For they lay down unbelievers, fearful they are of any slight against their supposed one holy trueness. Pluralism? The Book of Origin isn't that accommodating.
Nevertheless, the Power Rangers are here to save the day. But only after the crashed wreck of an oceanic flight.
Blue Ranger Lucas all the way, baby! A racing champion from the future, he's one slick man. Not slick enough to beat a driving test yet slick enough to not land in gaol (never mind how that was even possible). It's incomprehensible as the mix and flow of the logic sprawls out flat in the midnight sun. Before letting things get any further with the head scratching, Yellow Ranger Katie asks the question that needs to be asked. Just why do they have to keep sending those zords back to the future every time?
Logical and well explained by the robot owl. Not so when they crank out the fat patrol bikes, swarming to full size in the confines of the clock tower. The Ranger outfits are tough knuckles for the wear and tear action they see. Like flying off a bike and skidding the asphalt. Not content with the amount of engine revving, they unleash upon the mutant villains their carnal love for guns. Massive up in the doom when they join forces and produce the Vortex Blaster. Magnificent beast of a cannon, it literally takes all five Rangers to operate. Easy on the kick back. Guns, fast cars, bikes, it's all extreme, honey.
An opening fight scene that starts and goes nowhere, and it's a continuing issue of money. Anything to get a mutant in with a mohawk. Nadira loves to crave the bank notes. Even going so far as to freak kids out with a monster that has a floating head.
Now, if guns alone can't always save the day, as they were blasting crazy in the previous, look toward martial arts in a warehouse. Back to basics and the kids just love their Rangers, already calling them out by their colours. It's fandom from a school bus, kids, don't deny it.
Glorious spare change to see the megazord blue-mode win instead of the red. Hopefully they'll throw in some more victories for the other modes instead of defaulting for red-mode to save the day. Team work after all means sharing the load. A sense of right closes things out and we have a team united under the pressure of money. Lovely how the episodes work around a theme with justice as a soundtrack.
