Pumped relief

Writing

Massive headache and a feeling of thick blood trudging through the arteries and veins were the course for yesterday. Planned for a kind of massive writing spree it was not to be. An early morning session focussing on the biceps rendered that too much to bear. Three sets, simple enough, just a half hour to work in and the strain of measured movements party to pumping some iron. With the headache and the blood, the exertion needed somewhere to go. Straight to the back of the head it seemed. Any thought or movement beyond a few minutes cause for the teetering trips into blackout. Lying down and resting might have been fatal. Running around and doing more for the muscles, definitely. An entertaining sensation nonetheless.
