Just calling up for the information packages to government jobs has been enough to note down a contact or two. The packages haven't been much to look at. Boring and rather plain, most of them have been nothing more than jamming copious amount of paper into a C4 envelope with a clip in some. The best one since having to continue with the charade has come from the NSW Fire Brigades.
Like any other job package it came in a yellow envelope but inside was a red folder with glossy glossness. High hard glossness. Glossy. Like a book. They seem to have taken the time to actually make this one a package like they said people should call up for. So good it was worth taking 4 hours trying manically to write up the statement of claim for the position. Brutal. But a nice thing to look at. Even has the emblem.
