Relative perspectives of time and notice

Twenty two months after the initial request, the editorial section of World Vision finally notify a few of the prospective freelancers on their database. A nice considerate thought for those having forgotten about their applications in the first place. Twenty two months. Quite the time to wallow in unknowing.

Sharp contrast to the interpretation of time across a table down by a restaurant near a French sounding field of factories. Others would have the phone or even a time later in the day. Far cheaper on the fare and with far fewer feet kicking shins in the vestibule of trains with nowhere to look but past.
