The One Day of the Year

Not a single veteran from WW1 was at the parade this year. There is an account that while during the war, the Turks held fire as the ANZACs played two-up on the beach during the war. They thought it was a religious thing. That's cool. Shame though, that despite the fact that we've got the best War Memorial in the world, we also have the most ignorant and pathetic vandals.
