One hour over the previous record, to hit a new of 24 hours. Conflicting recalls stated it at an incorrect three days. But the silence was never stretched that far. Damn the dripping taps. Word was that stamps were going to crack over into 50¢ but there are still a few weeks/months left until that happens. Hell, even the stamps are still old, no printing new forty-fivers.
