Ticket to RedFest

Three weeks past the final cut-off date and I still sent in my tokens to RedFest. Despite claims on their website stating otherwise, I still grabbed a ticket. Three weeks after they proclaimed that all had been given away. Ticket No: 25555. Certainly not 30001. The fest is supposed to go ahead at Royal Randwick Racecourse, I have no idea where that is. "No Pass Outs will be issued," that's a bold statement.
