Two Twisted - Attack of the clones

Fuzzy blocky objects people play with to test their minds link both episodes. In one, a block for cognitive recognition. In the second, a toy from an arcane carnival catalogue. Thematically, the bridge between the first and the second squeezes in a similar concept. So even that may have been the link. Bryan Brown continues to ride with a mute taxi driver, who appears to have eyes of a demon. Or some other such creature bearing eyes that glow in full day light. Certainly not a vampire then.

Soft Boiled Luck

Future tech in setting and finally one for the science fiction in among the drama and mystery. Still, the creepiness of it all reverberates all throughout. Second guessing goes nowhere as the end turns another corner that leaves the shoes on the table and without any laces to do them up. Deborah Mailman and Brown are distinctively Australian in accent. Suspect behind the glass, Aden Young affects a strange range. Never quite settling on one, as unsettling as the tone of the issues present before the investigation.

Arkham's Curios and Wonders

Major vats and wads of phlegm sound trapped in the throat of Bill Hunter, accusing all the while of Lisa Hensley's character of being an imposter. Little boy Vincent, torn between the conflicting two, appears more than just odd with his hair and quivering jaw offsetting his extremely pathetic hold on reality and mortality. Pathetic, but certainly no less twisted than the characters in this universe.
