Wednesday night was the finale of The X-Files for the seventh season in Australia. There had been hoardes of reports on the fact that Duchovny would only return for half of the episodes in the eighth, and I hope final, season. The question was on how he would be written out of the show.
Simple. Abduct him. Didn't look like much of an alien abduction to me, from the rigormortisised look on his face Mulder seemed a willing passenger on the alien ship.
Mark Snow needs new material, the spooky whistle was played by something like an orchestra, cool in concept, dead on repetition.
